We make use of only those reputed courier services to ensure that the shipment containing your product reaches in the shortest time in perfect condition. In the case that courier facility is not available for your location we will ship your product through Government registered book post or speed post.
Delivery charges for the shipment
There is a delivery charge specified for each product separately. For those customers ordering multiple products the shipping charge for each gets added up as the shipping charges. Hence, the delivery charge is calculated separately for each different product ordered by the customer. Our prices are all-inclusive as all taxes are included with the price list except octroi.
How long does it take for the product to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of placing the order. For customers who what the order to be delivered on specified dates, the order will be dispatched accordingly. Most of the orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days to the address as mentioned by the customer at the time of placing the order.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
When receiving the product if you see that the packaged is tampered with or in damaged condition before the delivery then please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. If the product you received is damaged please contact us at +91 9845760002 or email us at Info@unnatiorganic.com by mentioning us your order ID. We will ensure that you receive a proper replacement issued with no additional cost. When sending us the damaged product back please ensure that the product tag and packaging is intact.
